On-CD Printing

On-CD/DVD printing with our Primera Bravo on-CD printer is clear and sharp. On-CD printing gives a more professional impression and beats the heck out of writing on them with a Sharpie, or printing paper labels.

PRINTING AND DESIGN NOTES:

The Primera Bravo printer uses an ink-jet printing process on printable CD-R's. You can expect high-quality, sharp printing on your CD's. This process does have it's limitations, so please keep the following in mind:

-Solid-color backgrounds will not be accepted. This type of design does not work well with the ink-jet process. Simple logos, graphics and text look great!

Finally, WE DO NOT PRINT PAPER BOOKLETS, OR INSERTS. We recommend contacting a local print shop for these.

How To Order:

E-Mail us with quantity, color preferences and a detailed description of the desired layout. Attach any logos, or graphics. We'll contact you to confirm details and schedule a time for you to drop-off your master and payment.

Payment:
All CD orders must be paid for in-full before production begins. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

CD DESIGN/ART FILE INFO:

PHOTOSHOP:
1. Download template.

2. Open template and complete design. There is a layer in the template titled "CD OUTLINE" Use this as a guide while designing, then disable the layer before saving TIF,or, JPG.

3. "Save a copy as..." .TIF, or .JPG file (layers disabled). Disabling the layers will flatten all layers preventing font issues.

4. E-mail the .tif file to this address.

Non-PhotoShop:
If you are using a program other than PhotoShop, make the "live" area of your design 4.75" x 4.75" at 300 d.p.i. resolution. Save as TIF, or JPG (no layers).
